With over 37 years of training behind me, I literally have a lifetime of experience to draw upon. I also know what it’s like to struggle with a lack of motivation, limited time, or be hampered by niggling aches and pains.

Nothing is truly an obstacle and there is always a work-around. Believe me: I know what I’m talking about because I’ve been there. I’ve been a single parent with a super-stressful job, little money for food and carrying a number of injuries.
